Petitioners are having agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.0-50 Cents situated in Sy.No.98/3A, Ac.0-50 Cents situated in Sy.No.98/3A and Ac.0-40 Cents situated in Sy.No.98/3D of Ramannapalam Village, T.Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District. 3. The petitioners alleged that respondents entered their agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.0-50 Cents situated in Sy.No.98/3A, Ac.0-50 Cents situated in Sy.No.98/3A and Ac.0-40 situated in Sy.No.98/3D of Ramannapalam Village, T.Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District and began excavating a tank without following due procedure. Therefore, the petitioner approached the Hon’ble Court and obtained interim order on 11.07.2018. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, submitted that the respondents had not entered the petitioners’ land. Furthermore, the respondents disputed the alleged issuance of D-form pattas to the petitioners without Local District Members. He further submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before they take decision on the petitioners’ land. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making the interim order passed on 11.07.2018 absolute. However, it is open to the respondents to follow due procedure of law if they intend to acquire petitioners’ land in the future. No order as to costs.
