Interim bail was granted to the applicant in the instant bail application and now today Mr. G.S. Sandhu inform to this court that the investigation has already been completed and the applicants of both the applicants are not wanted in any case. 5. Mr. Sandhu on instructions submits that there is no any apprehension since neither there is any complaint nor any FIR. However, there was one complaint, which was enquired and it was found that the dispute is nothing but civil in nature. 6. In such view of the matter, when there is no FIR there is no any question of any apprehension of arrest. 7.
