2. The petitioner’s application for transfer on spouse medical ground is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

3. Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order.
4. Report of the CMOH shall be taken into consideration at the time of taking a decision in the matter.
5. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
6. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.
7. Suspension of the Utsoshree portal will not stand in the way of consideration of the application seeking transfer.
8. Learned advocate of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.
9. The writ petition stands disposed of.
10. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
