(ORAL) By way of this peon filed under Arcle 226/227 of Constuon of India, peoners prays for issuance of the appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for direcng respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect life and liberty for the threats caused by respondent Nos.4 and 5. It is submi-ed by learned counsel that peoner No.1 was employed with New Image Immigraon, being managed and controlled by respondent Nos.4 and 5. During the course of employment, peoners came to know about certain alleged illegal immigraon acvies being carried out by respondent Nos.4 and 5 including use of fake visas, forged documents and misleading clients. It was further alleged that respondent Nos.4 and 5 used the bank accounts of the employees including peoner No.2 for transfer of clients funds. Subsequently FIR No.0096 dated 04.08.2024 was also registered against respondent Nos.4 and 5 at Police Staon Sadar, Sangrur.
