Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No.144 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner had committed rape upon the informant and had also made a video. It appears from para-32 of the case diary that from 05.05.2025 to 04.08.2025, 35 times conversations were made between the petitioner and the informant. It also appears that from the mobile of the informant there were 21 calls outgoing while from the mobile of the petitioner there were 13 calls outgoing. The same would indicate that the informant was a consenting party to the sexual overtures made by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajmahal in connection with Taljhari P.S.
