Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the claim of the petitioner is to provide alternative land to the petitioner, in terms of the order dated 30.11.2000 in W.P.Nos.17612-17626 of 2000. 3. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the fact that the representation at Annexure- A is of the year 2014, it is open for the petitioner herein to make one more representation to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, within a period of two weeks from the date of copy of receipt of this order and if such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by Respondent Nos.2 and 3, in the light of the judgments referred to in the representation at Annexure-A, at the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30544 WP No. 17773 of 2026 earliest, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
