CMP-T No. 436 of 2026 Petitioners have moved the instant application, praying for one more opportunity to file rejoinder in view of the circumstances, as spelt out in paras 3 to 5 of the instant application. 2. Upon listing of the application, though Learned State Counsel has opposed the application, but this Court is of the considered view that for enabling the parties to the lis to invoke their legal remedies, technicalities should not come in the way. 3. In these circumstances, application is allowed and petitioners are permitted, as prayed, to file rejoinder, by way of last opportunity, within four weeks. Application disposed of.
