Following order was passed in this writ petition on 21.09.2023:- “Learned counsel for respondent No. 3- Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh, has placed on record Pension Payment Order-cumCommutation Payment Order of the petitioner, with date of authorization as 05.08.2026 and date of start of pension as 01.05.2025. Let learned Assistant Advocate General have instructions from the respondents as to the release of arrears of pension to the petitioner under the aforesaid PPO and also release of accruing monthly pension in his favour by the next date. List 25.09.2026.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record compendium of documents and on that bassis 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 submitted that admissible pension arrears have been released to the petitioner and the petitioner is also in receipt of monthly pension now. The above position is acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of above, this writ petition to stand disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner raised stands redressed.
