Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed for modification of the bail order dated 29.07.2026 passed in B.A. No. 5693 of 2026 to the extent it relates to paragraph 5(i) whereby it was directed that one of the bailor would be the pairvikar of the petitioner. He has submitted that the pairvikar of the petitioner to the bail application was the friend of the petitioner and now he is not ready to be the bailor. 3. He further submits that this petition for modification has been filed by the own brother of the petitioner and he is now ready to become the pairvikar of the petitioner. The condition of the bail order may be modified. 4. Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to the prayer for modification. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, paragraph 5(i) of order dated 29.07.2026 in B.A. No. 5693 of 2026 is modified as under: - “ One of the bailors would be Pradip Kumar Mandal, son of Chhedi Mandal, resident of Gram Tiloliya, Post Paraspani Boha, P.S. Godda (M), Distt.-Godda” 6. This Cr. M.P. is accordingly disposed of with aforesaid modification of the bail order . 7. Let this order be communicated to the concerned court through FAX/e-mail.
