This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.09.2021 passed in WPC No. 2856 of 2021, whereby the respondents therein were Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2026.07.03 11:18:26 +0530 2 / 2 directed that no forceful dispossession of the petitioners shall be carried out from the land bearing Survey No. 725/1 admeasuring 5 acres. 2. When a question is posed to learned counsel for the petitioner as to status of possession of land bearing Survey No.725/1, he submits that according to his instruction, petitioner is still in possession of land bearing Survey No.725/1. 3. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is appearing that petitioner has filed this contempt petition only on apprehension because some trees standing over the land have been fell down, he may be dispossessed from the land subject matter of writ petition. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, where the petitioner is still in possession of the land subject matter of writ petition continuously, I do not find any good ground to continue with this contempt petition any further. 5.
