1. Mr. M.S. Pal, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Amreen Bano, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. This is a second bail application. In compliance of the previous order the I.O. is present today.
4. Since there is no fresh ground in the instant second bail application, and as such, I do not find any good ground to entertain the second bail application, accordingly the second bail application is rejected.
5. The I.O. apprise to this Court the out of total 18 prosecution witnesses 10 witnesses have been examined and there are all possibilities that the trial would be expedite within three months.
6. In such view of the matter, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months.
