Since there is no fresh ground in the instant second bail application, and as such, I do not find any good ground to entertain the second bail application, accordingly the second bail application is rejected. 5. The I.O. apprise to this Court the out of total 18 prosecution witnesses 10 witnesses have been examined and there are all possibilities that the trial would be expedite within three months. 6.
