Learned Deputy Advocate General fairly concedes that the issue raised in the present petition is covered by the aforesaid decision. 3. In view of the fact that the matter is covered by the decision rendered by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.
