Vide advertisement / Notification dated 29.12.2023 as many as 930 posts of Computer Operator Grade-A was advertised and subsequently the vacancies from 930 posts of Computer Operator was increased and as per the information received by the petitioners from the official website applications were invited for 1129 posts. 2. It is argued that in view of the aforesaid, only the results of 930 posts was declared. In this view of the matter it is argued that necessary directions be issued to the respondents to declare the results of remaining 199 posts. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that in case the petitioners will submit a representation before the competent authority, he will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioners to move a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.4 namely U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, 19C, Tulsi Ganga Complex, Vidhan Sabha Marg Lucknow, through Deputy Inspector General of Police/ Additional Secretary (Recruitment) within a period of two weeks from today along- with certified copy of this order. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioners before the respondent no.4 within the time indicated Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashok Kumar Gautam Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Dinesh Kumar Gautam And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) hereinabove, he is directed to take a decision on the same as per procedure prescribed in law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner before him. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits. It is upon respondent no.4 to pass order after considering the relevant Rules as well as facts of the case.
