The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tetiya Bumber P.S. Case No. 81/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 110, 115(2), 352(2) and 351(1) of B.N.S. and Section 4 of POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.461 of 2026(4) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
