2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 313/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191, 192, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 103, 61(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, in a case of triple murder, petitioner and others are alleged to have participated in killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case due to a dispute between the parties. Learned counsel further submits that he has nine criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 11.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co- operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned Senior Counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner and others have killed three persons, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
