R S MANIDHAR PINGALI The Court made the following order: The above contempt case was filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 30.09.2024 in W.P.No.21871 of 2024. 2. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition complaining of interference by Assistant Project Manager, DRDA Project Allavaram, in discharging the duty as Sangamitra (Village Organisation Assistant). 2 3. The writ petition was disposed of on 30.09.2024. Thereafter, the above contempt case was filed, complaining violation. 4. The respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner was removed as Village Organisation Assistant (VOA) by the members of the society by a resolution dated 20.08.2024. Thereafter, a new committee confirmed the same by its resolution dated 12.09.2024. 5. Since the petitioner was removed as VOA by the members of the society on 20.08.2024, this Court is of the view that there is no violation of the order dated 30.09.2024. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
