These are the First bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicants arrested in connection with Crime No. 86/2026 registered at Police Station – Nawagarh, District – Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 324(3), 221, 132, 191(2) of the BNS and Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present application has become infructuous, as the trial Court has given default bail to the applicants under Section 187(3) of BNSS.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is dismissed as infructuous. -
