Paul, learned Sr. counsel along with Mr. S. Chanda, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that through inadvertence, this application was filed before this Court, the fact being that on an application made by the petitioner herein before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the same being Criminal Appeal. No. 2077 of 2025, the Apex Court vide order dated 21.04.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Khanapara P.S Case No. 25 (7) 2024. Accordingly, in the view of the said order dated 21.04.2025, this petition may be disposed of by this Court, submits the learned Sr. counsel. 2026:MLHC:432 3 2. Mrs. N.G.
