Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant-Insurance Company submits that the matter inter se the parties stands compromised.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/claimants concurs with the aforesaid submission so made.

Learned counsel for both the parties, i.e., Insurance Company and claimants, jointly submit that they

2 have agreed to settle at an amount of Rs.5,84,600/- instead of Rs.6,04,600/- as awarded by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala in its impugned award dated 20.07.2018. Insofar as the award of interest in the impugned award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala dated 20.07.2018 is concerned, there is no dispute inter se the parties. Parties agree that interest at the rate of 9% per annum is acceptable to both.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondents/claimants in the case at hand are held entitled to a sum of Rs. 5,84,600/- along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till the date of deposit.

In the aforesaid terms, the present appeal stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
