This MCC is filed seeking extension of further two months time to comply with the direction issued by this Court in WPS No. 9108 of 2025 vide order dated 17.02.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure-A) proceeding have already been initiated and letter was written to respondent asking to submit relevant documents on 15.04.2026 (Annexure-B). He submits that as the proceedings have already been initiated, entire proceedings will get concluded within a period of two months. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the letter dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure B) respondent has already submitted the relevant documents as also the affidavit of her daughter stating therein no objection in granting employment to respondent (mother). 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this MCC is disposed of granting further two months time to applicants to comply with the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 9108 of 2026 vide order dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure-A).
