However, as learned advocate for the applicant has argued qua availability of the medical facility at Surat New Civil Hospital, in case of urgency, the respondent-State authority is directed to provide the best medical treatment by shifting the applicant accused to higher center i.e. Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad and time being shifting the applicant to the Sabarmati Central Jail, Ahmedabad, if so necessary.
