She resides almost 49 kilometers from her place of work. Hence, she has to travel about 100 kilometers to and fro from her place of residence to her place of work. 3. She made an application for transfer on February 18, 2026. The said application is still pending before the school authorities. 4. The respondent no. 7 is directed to consider the application and issue the requisite No Objection Certificate and forward the same to the respondent no. 6 within reasonable time preferably by April 30, 2026 in accordance with the provisions of law. 5. With these afore-stated directions, the writ petition 2 is disposed of. 6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.
