This petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience and non-compliance of order dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 299/2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied, but the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. The learned counsel submits that the liberty may be reserved with the petitioner, so that he may take appropriate steps in connection with order of rejection. 4. Considering the submission, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped. 5.
