On August 28, 2025 she applied for transfer on self medical ground. The same not being considered, the instant writ petition has been filed. 2. As per the provision of law, application for transfer can be made only by a confirmed teacher. On the date the petitioner applied for transfer, she was not confirmed in service. By now the petitioner has received her confirmation upon completion of two years in service. 3. In view of the above, the earlier representation of the petitioner filed in August 2025 seeking transfer cannot be directed to be considered. 4. The writ petition stands dismissed. 5. It will be open for the petitioner to apply afresh for transfer in accordance with law, if so advised. 2 6.
