According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, immediately after marriage, the petitioner's wife has left the matrimonial home and after a period of two years, the present complaint has been lodged with false allegation. 3. This Court has perused the complaint and find that prima facie case has been made out as against the petitioner herein. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
