Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned vice counsel representing the petitioners submits that after the directions given by this Court in the judgment, which is sought to be executed, the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, Distt. Mandi (HP), has passed an office order dated 22.08.2026, which has been taken on record along with instructions, thereby extending the relief to the petitioners, but the consequential benefits of arrears have not been paid to them. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 22.08.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular services, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.10.2025, passed in CWP No.16027 of 2025, titled, Jagdish Kumar and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in the aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
