As per the report of the Registry, advance amount of Rs.10,00,110/- stands deposited by respondent No.3 i.e. National Insurance Co. Ltd. in terms of the judgment dated 20.06.2026 in FAO No.47 of 2019. The applicants are seeking release of the advance amount awarded to them in terms of the said judgment since the matter has attained finality. The application is supported by an affidavit of all the applicants. Since, the matter stands adjudicated to its finality, therefore, the applicants are entitled for release of the enhanced amount as per their entitlement/share as per award of learned trial Court. Hence, the application is allowed. Amount be released in equal proportion along with up to date interest.
