It is informed by Mr. Vinay Pandey, Deputy Advocate General that the impleaded respondent Mr. Baswaraju S, who was then the Secretary of Government of Chhattisgarh, Urban Administration and Development Department has already been transferred to another department and in his place another officer has been appointed. 2. In WPC No. 3611 of 2010 vide order dated 19.11.2024, a direction was issued to the concerned Secretary to take decision with regard to enhancement of lease rent and reducing the period of renewal of lease. It is expected that the authority concerned shall comply with the order. 3. The petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation before the present incumbent authority. Accordingly, matter is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to revive their prayer, if no decision is taken by authority concerned within a period of two months.
