The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024, registered under sections 132, 115(2), 117(2), 189(2), 190, 121 (1), 263 of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitoner has been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner went to see his neighbour hearing that he was stabbed by knife at the place of occurrence and police have registered vague and bogus F.I.R against the petitioner due to village politics. He next submits that since the petitioner had gone to the place of occurrence he came in the CCTV footage and allegations are there of assault by knife against Bandhan Oraon. He next submits that F.I.R is against 8 named persons and 22-30 unknown persons and petitioner is not named in F.I.R.. He further submits that several co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court contained in Annexure-2 series. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits ( 2026:JHHC:25974 ) that allegations of assault are there. 5. Annexure-2 series clearly suggest that several co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in different A.B.As and allegations of assault by knife is there against Bandhan Oraon. The petitioner is not named in F.I.R. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gumla, in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.28.08.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
