Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to release/pay the salary of the petitioner of total 16 months i.e. started from the month of May 2018 to August 2019 within a period of 15 days with interest @ 18 % per annum which was been withheld without there being any reasons, in the interest of justice. 3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was on medical leave and when he went to join his duties after recovery he was not given joining for considerable period. Petitioner was even not paid the salary for 16 months i.e. from May 2018 to August 2019 for which he had earlier made several representation, however, none of his representations was considered and decided. He submits that in the above facts of the case, he may be permitted to submit fresh representation before respondent no. 2 and 4 and in turn respondent authorities shall be directed to consider and decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and also perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 3 / 3 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for parties, without commenting anything on merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent no. 2 and 4 and in the event petitioner submits fresh representation along with all other relevant documents, concerned authority shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
