There are already several litigations between the two rival groups. In the earlier round of litigation, this Court, in W.P.(MD)Nos.25631 and 26234 of 2023 (P. Vellaiyappan vs. The District Collector, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and others), dated 01.11.2023, considered the rival claims and directed the parties to conduct their temple festivals separately. 3.
