W.P.Crl.(MD)No.1827 of 2026 2.Seeking direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 14.05.2025 and take necessary action, this petition is filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint to the respondent police with respect to the theft of cable wire in the windmill company, namely PR Security Services, situated at Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. However, no action was taken so far. Hence, the present petition. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that already CSR.No.517 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025 has been issued and enquiry was temporarily closed. However, he made it clear that the same would be reopened, if any further material to proceed is traced out by the respondent police. 5.Heard either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 6.If a complaint is lodged by an aggrieved, it is for the respondent police to investigate the same and conduct a proper investigation thereon.
