Her application for transfer is pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. 3. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by the directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 5. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 6. Suspension of the Utsoshree portal will not stand in the way of consideration of the application seeking transfer. 7. Learned advocate of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 8. Writ petition stands disposed. 9. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.
