Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2. This instant writ petition is filed for commanding upon the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the case i.e., HRC Case No.04/2025 (Annex.-6) filed by the petitioner under the provision of section (4) of section 18 and sub clause (C), (D) and (E) of clause 1 of section 19 and clause (1) of section 21 of the of the JBC Act 2011 against the opposite parties of the JBC Case on 07/06/2024 expeditiously and as early as possible since the pleading is complete, issues have been framed and one of the witness on behalf of the petitioner has been examined and now the case is pending for cross examination of the witness No.1 before the respondent No.2. 3. Petitioner-Company has also prayed for commanding upon the respondent No. 2 to conclude all proceedings in HRC Case No.04/2025 (Annex. -6) filed by the petitioner in terms of clause 3 of section 33 of the JBC Act within six months from the date of first appearance of the respondent and also commanding upon the

respondent No. 2 for hearing the petition (Annex. -9) filed on behalf of the petitioner under section 27 of the JBC Act on 19/06/2026 in HRC Case No. 04/2025 for payment of penalty and deposit of total dues of monthly rent from the opposite parties of the JBC Case as the same has not been heard till date today by the SDO cum HRC, Koderma and even order sheet has not been drawn with respect to filing of petition under section 27 of the JBC Act on 19/06/2026. 4.
4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the HRC Case No.4 of 2025 is pending before the House Rent Controller, Koderma and the same needs to be decided at the earliest. 5. Considering the nature of the prayer of the petitioner, which is only for the disposal of the HRC Case, I am not inclined to issue notice nor to direct the respondents to file counter affidavit. 6. Considering that the HRC Case is pending, I direct the concerned authority to take all the efforts to dispose of the application as early as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournments to the parties. 7.
