The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 11.01.2026. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and that the investigating agency will be filing the final report within a short span of time. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 11.01.2026 and on recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court relaxes the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23976 of 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP(MD) No.6040 of 2026 2025, dated 09.01.2026. The Investigation Officer is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2025 and to file the final report on or before 12.06.2026. 5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.
