Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per office note, notice has been served upon close family members of the respondents. It is submitted that the notice be accepted as validly served.

Learned counsel has further submitted that the address of the respondents is the same.
3. Considering the submissions, notice is accepted as validly served.
4. However, nobody has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this application has been filed for the restoration of F.A. (Filing) No.1590 of 2025, which was dismissed on 03.02.2026 on account on non- removal of defects, in terms of order dated 27.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, the defects could not be removed in time. It is further submitted that the matter arises out of a land acquisition proceeding.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes and is permitted to remove the surviving defects during the course of the day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that connected cases are listed on 02.09.2026.
9. Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the cause shown, F.A. (Filing) No. 1590 of 2025 is restored to its original file, subject to compliance with the aforesaid undertaking.
