Bhatacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. S. Roy, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of order dated 10.05.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2903/2021. 3. By the aforesaid order, a Coordinate Bench directed the respondent No. 7, therein to dispose of the representation dated 27.03.2021 filed by the petitioner within a period of 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of Page No.# 3/3 the order. 4. The sole respondent forwarded the aforesaid representation by a communication dated 30.03.2021, to the competent authority for holding DPC in terms of order passed. Subsequently, by a communication dated 07.04.2021, same was again forwarded. Thereafter, the sole respondent also forwarded the similar request on 13.05.2025 and 31.05.2021. 5. During pendency, on 06.07.2021, the petitioner sought for voluntary retirement w.e.f. 01.08.2021, which was duly accepted and all outstanding dues were released. 6. In view of the aforesaid development, this court is of the opinion that there may not be any requirement of further compliance of order dated 10.05.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2903/2021. 7.
