It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the erstwhile consumer had expired and the petitioner is entitled to such connection. 3. On behalf of the CESC Limited it is submitted that, the erstwhile consumer is alive. In view of the false averments made in the writ petition and the misrepresentation of the materials facts, WPA 11339 stands dismissed. 4.
