Mr. Jana, learned counsel for the respondents informed this Court that he had made attempt to serve xerox copies of the stay application and Section 5 application received by him from the earlier advocate-on- record for the State. The office of the Government Pleader has refused to accept the same. 2. This Court would have normally expected that the Government Pleader to depute a learned advocate to at least seek directions to obtain pleadings from this Court and obtain copies thereof. 3. It appears that the State is completely disinterested in pursuing the appeal. 4. Hence, MAT 292 of 2026 is dismissed. Consequently all connected pending applications are also dismissed. 5.
