Notice. Mr. Shivank S. Panta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed for fixation of revised pay and arrears of revision of pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 31.10.2018 with interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization as per Annexure P-2. (ii) That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to revise the gratuity (DCRG) and leave encashment and to pay the same alongwith interest @ 9% per annum to the Petitioner w.e.f. due date i.e. 01.11.2018 till the date of its realization. (iii) The respondents may also be directed to pay ADA and balance amount of 50% IR with interest @ 9% per

annum from the due date and till the date of its realization.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief has been claimed on the strength of Tulsi Ram vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited2. It is an admitted position of the parties that aforesaid
judgment is now pending
consideration in review petition.

Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to decide the case of the petitioner for the redressal of the grievances raised herein within six weeks of the adjudication of the review petition. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances in accordance with law at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so arises in future.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
