1. The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 alleging willful violation of order dated 25.01.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3175 of 2020.
2. Mr. Mukul Kumar Singh, learned A.C. to G.P.-III, produces a copy of order dated 28.07.2026 passed by the opposite party no. 2 in Misc. Application No. 04/2022-23 and submits that vide said order, the request of the petitioner for demolition of residential house said to have been illegally constructed over Khata No. 47, Mauza- 467, Khesra No. 473, Mouza- Narottampur, District- Godda measuring an area of 10 katha 05 dhur under the “ Prime Minister Housing Scheme”, has been duly considered and rejected.
3. It is thus submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied.
4. As against this, Mr. Anup Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for

the petitioner, submits that the order dated 28.07.2026 passed by the opposite party no. 2 is completely erroneous as the said opposite party has not considered many relevant aspects.
5. Be that as it may. Since the opposite party no. 2 has already passed an order in compliance of the order dated 25.01.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3175 of 2020, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter.
6. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 is hereby dropped.
7. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
8. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law against the order dated 28.07.2026 passed by the opposite party no. 2 in Misc. Application No. 04/2022-23.
9. The copy of order dated 28.07.2026 passed by the opposite party no. 2 in Misc. Application No. 04/2022-23 is taken on record.
