1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation and to grant compensation amount of Rs. 8,25,000/ on account of death of the deceased as per circular of the Government, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to the respondents, to decide the application/representation dated 5.5.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking
3 direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. His pending representation will be considered in accordance with law. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent No. 8 to consider/decide the application/representation of the petitioner dated 5.5.2026 in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
