Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is to direct Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider the applications at Annexure-A and A1 to conduct survey, phodi and durasthi in respect of the subject land, based on the civil proceedings, in O.S.Nos.3/2013, 7/2013, 9/2013 and 11/2013 and R.A.Nos.70/2019 to 73/2019. 4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner has already approached the Competent Authority by way of an online application on 07.03.2018 (Annexure-A1) and recently on 09.10.2025 (Annexure- A2). 5.
