The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.4 has not considered the representations produced at Annexures-A and A1, dated 08.06.2026 and 13.06.2026, seeking mutation of the revenue records in favour of the petitioners on the basis of the registered Will dated 14.01.2022 in respect of the subject land. 4. Taking into consideration that the petitioners have produced the registered Will dated 14.01.2022, produced at Annexure-B, and that the testator, Smt. Chennamma, who is the mother of the petitioners, died on 27.02.2022, I am of the opinion - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30984 WP No. 18259 of 2026 that the matter requires consideration by the competent authority. 5. Accordingly, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners at Annexures-A and A1 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, at the earliest and in any event within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
