Shahabuddin, learned S.C.-VII appearing on behalf of the opposite party No. 2, submits that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied as necessary correction in online entry in Register-II has already been made. The said statement has been made in paragraph No. 10 of the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 today. 3. Mr. Vijayant Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the said fact. 4.
