ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos 2 and 3 is not considering the petitioner representation dated 18. 02. 2026 and 01. 03. 2026 not take any action against the named accused in the complaint as being as illegal arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 and 300 A of Constitution of India and consequently praying his Honble Court to direct the respondent nos 2 and 3 to take necessary action against the real culprits in accordance with law and to grant and pass….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. P.V. Venkata Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not considering the representations of the petitioners dated 18.02.2026 and 01.03.2026 and are not taking any action against the accused persons. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the subject property in Sy.No.242/6 of Raganipalli Village was subjected to multiple transactions through GPA holder Gajula Revathi, resulting in double registrations. The petitioners claim to have purchased Ac.0-90 cents each under registered sale deeds bearing

Nos.1151/2013 and 1152/2013, dated 21.03.2013. Subsequently, upon a representation made by C. Narayana, the Tahsildar conducted an enquiry through the Revenue Inspector and VRO, wherein it was revealed that the same property was also sold in favour of C. Saravana Kumar and G. Rajitha under Document No.2889/2023, dated 19.04.2023. It is further submitted that the petitioners never approached the police with any complaint nor produced relevant material seeking registration of a criminal case. However, if any fresh complaint is lodged, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 5. Be that as it may, when the petitioners submit representations to the respondent police, it is the duty of the respondent police to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 6. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to dispose of the representations dated 18.02.2026 and 01.03.2026 submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 7.
