JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ petition has been filed impugning the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumakuru, in Crl.Misc.No.30/2023 whereby the application field under section 340 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondent has been allowed and the Chief Ministerial Officer of that Court has been directed to file the complainant against the petitioner-wife in the Court of jurisdictional Magistrate. 2. The writ petition against such an order is not maintainable inasmuch as, the proceedings have been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31179-DB WP No. 6665 of 2024 initiated under section 340 of Cr.P.C., and therefore, we dismiss this writ petition as not maintainable.
