Ranjan Sharma, Judge : Petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2026 in CWP No. 14072 of 2026, titled as “Saina Pattu Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others”, whereby, the Division Bench of this Court directed the Respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service upto the age of 60 years or till further orders passed by this Court, whichever is earlier. 2. Upon listing of the matter today, Learned State Counsel produced has placed on record copy of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 communication dated 09.09.2026, [Taken on record], as received from Principal, Government Degree College, Chhatri, District Mandi, stating therein that petitioner has joined his duties in the school on 09.09.2026 [Statement taken on record]. 3.
