Sri.Subramani.M.A., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 31.03.2021 on the file of the Special Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru North Sub-Division, Bengaluru, at (Annexure-D), wherein the suo-motu proceedings initiated in respect of the subject land came to be dropped. It is the duty of Respondent No.3 to change the revenue records including the RTC extract in favour of the petitioner is concerned, accordingly, sought for interference of this Court. 3. The learned AGA submitted that appropriate action will be taken accordingly. 4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties as the Respondent No.2 has already dropped the suo-motu - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30579 WP No. 18685 of 2026 proceedings, by order dated 31.03.2021 (Annexure-D), I am of the view that, there is no impediment for the Respondent No.3 to change the entries in favour of the petitioner herein, in terms of the order dated 31.03.2021 produced at Annexure-D, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, Column No.11 in the RTC extract has to be rectified, in view of the order dated 31.03.2021 (Annexure-D) passed by Respondent No.2.
