Pattanayak, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE KRISHNA SHRIPAD DIXIT JUSTICE MRUGANKA SEKHAR SAHOO ORDER Order No. 01. 13.02.2026 The complaint alleges non-compliance of the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in W.A. No.3498 of 2024. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the said order, on being challenged before the Apex Court in various SLPs, has attained finality. The said SLPs have been negatived. Learned AGA, in all fairness, submits that since the matter has attained finality at the level of the Apex Court of the country, the order dated 25.02.2025 entered in the W.A. No.3498 of 2024 would be implemented in its letter & spirit within an outer limit of eight week weeks. Therefore, she shall be no prayer for extension of period. In the event, the order is not complied with, that would be a case of aggravated contempt and therefore, will attract aggravated punishment/fine With the above observation, the contempt proceedings are dropped for the time being with liberty to the complainant to seek its revival, if the words given to the Court are not kept.
